1. Scored 120 Goals In A Season

According to Family companion Wolfgang Tuffentsamer, TSV Pahl once scored 165 goals in a single season, with Muller netting 120 goals. His performance attracted Bayern Munich, who signed him to their youth system.

Thomas Muller has the nickname Raumdeuter. Unlike other players who are given nicknames, Muller coined his own nickname. His nickname, Raumdeuter, is a German word which translates to space interpreter or space investigator.

Muller gave himself the nickname because his strength as forward is “finding space” and not shooting, passing or dribbling like other attackers.
