Kenya faces Angola on Thursday, August 7, at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani Stadium. The level of fan support for the Stars soared after their first victory match on Sunday.
They won 1-0 to finally hold President William Ruto to his promise of Ksh1 million award to every player and members of the technical bench.

He cited that the pressure to win eases for him and his squad whenever there are reports that fans bought all the tickets days before the match.
How Much Does Kenya Vs Angola Tickets Cost?

Regular tickets for Kenya vs Angola match went for Ksh200 (totally sold out on August 3). The silver/VIP tickets sold at Ksh500.
Football Kenya Federation (FKF) said they priced the tickets reasonably to allow fans attend the matches.
FKF President Hussein Mohammed had urged Kenyans to rally behind the Stars and ‘make the players energized when they fill Kasarani and Nyayo Stadiums.’
Hussein urged fans who can’t make it to the venue – Kasarani Stadium and Nyayo Stadium – to tune in at home and cheer their team.
As a show of support for the Stars, FKF released a limited sale offer on Harambee Stars replica jerseys.
FKF launched the special promotion, lowering the price of the official jerseys from Ksh 2,500 to Ksh 1,500.
Hussein revealed that the price cut is in response to strong demand from fans eager to back the national team during the tournament.
This offer is only valid until August 7, when Kenya vs Angola match goes down at 7 pm.

Jerseys are available for purchase online through the East West Fashions website, or in person at Sonalux House on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
The FKF President noted that the promotion aims to boost support for Harambee Stars and inspire a sense of national pride during CHAN 2024.
Cabinet Secretary for Public Service Geoffrey Ruku recently allowed all civil servants to wear the jersey to work.
He said that this is one of the many ways to support Kenyan players participating in CHAN24.
Empty Seats Controversy
While FKF announced the total selling out of Kenya vs DR Congo tickets, many seats at the stadium remained empty. The federation has remained mum about this.
However, FKF had earlier said that it would only provide about 48,000 tickets despite Kasarani Stadium being a 60,000-seater stadium.
FKF explained that this was part of crowd management and also for security purposes.
