Michael Buffer’s half-brother Bruce Buffer is an announcer for the UFC. Buffer married his first wife when he was 21 years old. Buffer had two sons in that marriage before he and his wife decided to divorce. He lived without a wife for over 25 years before marrying again in 1999. The marriage ended barely four years later.

Buffer proposed to his current wife, Christine, on September 13, 2007, on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The 80-year-old, who currently lives in Southern Carolina, reunited with his long-lost family members after he became famous.
