Harry Kane made headlines over the weekend when he beat some of the best goalscorers to top the list of fastest players to score 100 goals for a club.

Kane has made scoring look so easy over the course of his career and is widely regarded as one of the greatest forwards of his generation. The 32-year-old initially struggled to break into Tottenham Hotspur starting XI, spending time on loan at Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich City, Leicester City. 5. Zlatan Ibrahimovic – Paris Saint-Germain (124 Games)

When Zlatan Ibrahimovic joined Paris Saint-Germin in 2012, he had already made a name for himself in the football world as one of the most gifted goalscorers of all time. 4. Luis Suarez – FC Barcelona (120 Games)

There are two versions of Luis Suarez that the football world will never get enough of – the one  who lit up the Premier League the one who thrived alongside Lionel Messi at FC Barcelona.

Suarez might be struggling with tired feet at Inter Miami but there’s no doubting the fact that he’s one of the most lethal goalscorers we’ve ever seen. The Uruguayan striker first became a sensation with his goalscoring prowess at Liverpool. His performance caught the attention of Barcelona, who signed him in 2014.

Suarez formed a formidable attack alongside Messi and Neymar at Barcelona. He scored 25 goals in 39 games as the Catalans won the treble during the 2014-15 season. He continued with his goalscoring the following year, recording 59 goals.

Erling Haaland has shattered as many goalscoring records as he can. Well, it shouldn’t be a surprise to see him among the fastest players to score 100 goals at a club.

On his Premier League debut in 2022, the Norwegian announced himself with a brace against West Ham. He continued to score goals in England and within no time had reached 100 goals. He reached 100 goals at the beginning of his third season in England.

2. Cristiano Ronaldo – Real Madrid (105 Games)

When Real Madrid signed Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009, he had won three consecutive Premier League titles with Manchester United. Whereas he initially struggled to get silverware in his first two seasons in Spain, winning only the Copa del Rey in his second, he wowed fans with his goalscoring.

Ronaldo scored 33 goals in 35 games in his first season for the Los Blancos and went on to score at least 50 goals for six consecutive season from 2010 and 2016. The Portugal international left Real Madrid’s all time leading goalscorer.
